Meet the team that that has helped thousands of ranches benefit with improved record keeping, and is ready to help you too.
Terrell Miller has strong computer and
business experience, having a BA in Information and
Operations Management, and an MBA both from Texas A&M
University. He is responsible for the marketing efforts
of the company, as well as overseeing the programming
and development aspects of the software. Being around
family Texas Longhorn cattle helped strengthen his
cattle experience.
Penny Miller brings additional cattle
knowledge by showing registered heifers and market
steers at the county fair as well as the major shows in
Texas. With a BS and MS in Agricultural Development (now
called Agricultural Leadership) from Texas A&M
University, Penny blends the knowledge of cattle
production and personal development skills to assist
with marketing efforts and head the customer service
team.
Katie Leister was raised in Anahuac, Texas,
where she actively participated in agricultural education
and showed registered Brahman cattle. She holds a B.S. in
agricultural communication and journalism and a Master of
Agribusiness degree from Texas A&M University. She
lives in Buckeye, Arizona, where her husband Brandon farms
wheat, sudan grass and alfalfa, and has a small herd of
commercial and registered cattle.
Nathan Boles has experience with the
Texas Cooperative Extension and the ag chemicals
business. Nathan and his wife Phyllis own a herd of
commercial Brangus cattle in Winters, Texas. After
retiring from years of working in weekly newspapers,
Nathan purchased CattleMax in 2006 to keep his own
cattle records, and joined Cattlesoft to be a part of
helping other producers be successful.
Ken Lyon toured in the US Navy and went
on to make a career in computer programming. He now
resides near Yantis, Texas
with his wife Becky and their small herd of commercial
Brangus cattle. Ken has used CattleMax since the first
version, and his goal is to provide other CattleMax
customers with the same friendly, quality support he has
received.
Lana Patteson is a native of Port
Arthur, Texas, raised her family with her husband C.L.
in the Dallas area, and now resides in Clarksville. She
has worked with the CattleMax software since 2002 for
her own registered Santa Gertrudis cattle. Before
joining the CattleMax team, Lana had 25 years experience
in customer service.
Emilie Bibb is from Mason, Texas, and is a student at Texas A&M University. She works on the training and educational aspect of the software and is currently developing onine-based workshops and training videos to help customers understand the various areas of the software.
